Views Integration should use native datetime handler instead of custom hack

I suggest removing the following:
civicrm_views_add_date_arguments
civicrm_handler_field_datetime
civicrm_handler_filter_datetime
civicrm_handler_sort_date
And replacing them with the native views/date handlers

Also, every date field needs an argument handler if it is to work in a calendar view.
