Description
The "New Relationship" form generally allows user to either select an existing contact of the appropriate type for the other side of the relationship, OR create a new contact. However, if a relationship type is selected which allows any type of contact for the "other side" - then the create new contact dropdown is empty - so a new contact can not be created.
