Contact Subtype Doesn't Work in On Behalf Org Profile

You can add the Contact Subtype field to a On Behalf Of profile, but the data is not retained and errors our on submit.

I realize this is probably complex and warrants further discussion, but if we are to use Subtypes of Organizations, it may be desirable on public forms to specific which subtype of Org we are creating 'on behalf of'
