Description
I just replicated this on the Drupal demo server. To replicate:
1. Enable 1 job. (I enabled the clean up job)
2. Run the cron job manually. It runs and the log of the specified job indicates it worked. We must assume the settings are correct.
3. Click Edit on the clean up job. Don't change anything. Click save.

Given API command is not defined.
I get this same error no matter which scheduled job I attempt to edit.
