Profile - Disabled Profiles are Still Displayed (and it's fields are aggregated when no gid is passed)

When uf_group.is_active is FALSE, a direct invoke using gid=$uf_group.id should return an error message:

"The requested profile page is currently inactive. Please contact the site administrator if you need assistance."

Also, if we don't pass the gid and are aggregating uf_fields from multiple profiles, we should NOT include fields from inactive uf_groups.
