On Behalf of Profile for Memberships - data not saved

During membership signup using the On Behalf Of profile, address information entered is not saved to the database, nor is it sent in the confirmation emails. The information is, however, shown on the Thank You screen.

While the screenshots below are from a lightly customized install of 4.1.5, I've recreated the issue on a clean Drupal 6 / CiviCRM 4.1.5 install using the built-in OBO profile.

In addition, when trying to link directly to the built-in OBO profile (or a copy) for editing, I get the error message:
"Profile search, view and edit are not supported for Profiles which include fields for more than one record type."
