Workflow for Report > Save As ... button is confusing

Several improvements:

• Change button text to "Save a Copy"
• if user has NOT modified report title, give a warning. "You are saving a copy of this report with the same report title. Are you sure you want to continue?"
  They can cancel and update the title before copying, or they can continue anyway.
• Create new report from template as well as Save a Copy redirect to the newly created report instance after saving.
