Description
Verified this on the demo site. It's not possible to import phone extensions or add them in profiles. This is especially important for use with autodialers, which some of our clients have expressed interest in using for phonebanking efforts.
I see the import of extensions was put on hold here (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-8113) so trying to nudge it back into the queue.
