Activity report - undefined index references deprecated property

            Description

            Select "Activity Report" from reports menu. Open Report Criteria pane and click Preview Report w/o changing default form values.

            Notice: Undefined index: group_bys in CRM_Report_Form_Activity->select() (line 322 of /Users/dgg/svn/crm_v4.3/CRM/Report/Form/Activity.php).

            Should this have been changed to 'order_bys' ?? I don't see any group_bys var in the class.
