Error when creating a new individual

            Description

            When hitting save from here:
            http://openconcept.ca/civicrm/contact/addI?c_type=Individual&reset=1

            I get the following:

            http://openconcept.ca/civicrm/contact/addI

            unrecoverable error
            Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.

            Could not find valid value for c_type

            Return to CiviCRM menu.

            I reload the page and hit save and it seems to be fine.

            I think the problem may have been when I switched screens on another tab.
