Javascript regressions

1. Schedule Reminders - the start_action_date and recipient dropdowns are not being re-built when you change the selected entity. Example - change to Membership and you should see Membership Join Date / End Date in the start_action_date dropdown ,and Activity Assignees should NOT show in recipients. This isn't happening in trunk ??

2. New Membership - the membership Amount field isn't being populated after selecting a membership type (when you click Record Membership Payment - the Amount field is blank - but SHOULD have the fee associated w/ selected mem type).
