Inline Address Editing Allows User to Enter the Same Location Type for Multiple Addresses

Create new contact from quick add block (first, last, email).
Add an inline address - loc type = Home - from summary - save
Click add address to add another

• The location type dropdown is defaulting to Home - which is wrong since that is an invalid selectino
• I can save the 2nd address with the Home location type
