Description
Kurund asked on CRM-10699 for documentation for a new hook we were proposing. I've included in attached patch the documentation from the wiki page for hooks. There were some parameters I didn't provide the type for as I wasn't sure what it was. There are several hooks in the file that are not documented either in the wiki or in the file.
The patch is rolled against 4.2 branch.
