Description
Steps to replicate :
1) Add pay pal express and pay pal pro payment processors.
2) Enable them in the amount section with no pay later option configured.
3) Visit the contribution live / test contribution link, toggle the processor selections, the button rightly doesn't appear when pay pal express is selected, but it also doesn't appear on selecting pay pal pro which is wrong.
The same bug also araises in event registration page.
