Pressing back on Step 4 during mailing setup wipes uploaded content

            Description

            When uploading content to a mailing, pressing back during the test step (step 4) appears to remove the uploaded html file.

            This has caused some users at our organization to send out blank emails because they assumed that the content would remain there once uploaded.
