Search batch action "Schedule/Send a Mass Mailing" shows "0 Recipients"

      Description

      After doing a search ( any criteria, advanced search or basic search) I click the radio button "All xxx records" then choose the action "Schedule/Send a Mass Mailing". I give the mailing a name, then choose a base unsubscribe group. Then I click "Next". The next screen ( titled "Track and Respond (step 3 of 6)) shows "0 recipients"

      The only work-around I have is if I choose the radio button "Selected records only" and use the checkboxes to select the contacts, then the action "schedule/send a mass mailing" works as expected.
