Merging two contacts gives the following notice:
Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in HTML_QuickForm_advcheckbox->setValues() (line 157 of /Users/dgg/svn/crm_v4.2/packages/HTML/QuickForm/advcheckbox.php).
To recreate - run Organization Strict rule w/ sample data. Select a pair and click Merge.
