Financial Account fields

Please change the "Contact Name" label to "Owner". Please replace the help text for the field with the following:
"Normally the owner of a financial account is the organization implementing CiviCRM so there is no need to change this. Some organizations that maintain accounts for groups, chapters, regions, constiuency associations or other parts of the main CiviCRM organization may need to change the owner to one of these sub-entities or sibling entities.

Please default the value of the Owner field to the reserved contact that now represents the organization implementing CiviCRM. This needs to be done in the install data, the upgrade script, and in the form for new Financial Accounts.

The label when creating and editing a financial account for the parent_id field should be "Parent Financial Account" rather than Financial Account. The auto-lookup should include both the name and the Accounting Code of all other accounts.
