      Description

It is trivial to use drupal API calls to make almost all of CiviCRM's configuration go away, since modules "know" where they are installed, and in general, essentially all of CiviCRM's configs can be computed at run time.

This need not (and should) not affect Jumla configuration, but it would make most common install problems on the crm-dev list simply go away, since hand configuring the files is tricky even for experienced CiviCRM developers, and much less for beginners.

I'd be happy to contribute code that does that, under the condition it actually goes into 1.5.

      Thanks,
      Rob
