            Description

            Requirement is to copy devel module functionality by
            1) creating the ability to display queries run by query at the bottom of a page (like drupal 6 + devel did - drupal 7 only captures drupal modules)
            2) output debug statements that can only be viewed by 'some' users. In devel module this means that 'dpm' output is only viewable by users with the 'Access devel information' permission'
