View/Print Application

            Description

            Students can't view/print their College Prep Scholarship application. When trying to view the completed application, the error displayed is

            "Access Denied

            You are not authorized to access this page."

            The bug seems to be related with the 'edit Application' access. If 'edit Application' is activated in drupal's 'access control' the view/print application works. If it is not activated the view/print application doesn't work.
