Description
When viewing the contact summary tab, if the contact doesn't have a mobile number on record and you add it in-line, the "Send SMS" option doesn't appear in the Action button until you refresh the page. The action menu should be refreshed upon adding or removing mobile phone numbers.
Also check other conditions where inline edit should change Actions options. For example:
Email address added or removed, OR "Do not email" privacy flag set -> add or remove Send Email action
