allow contact subtype field in profile selector

if the contact subtype field is added to a profile used for the advanced search result list, that column is suppressed. this happens in the template – CRM/Contact/Form/Selector.tpl – where we condition the display and exclude that field.

but that is a useful field to be able to display, for organizations making heavy use of contact subtypes. can we unsuppress it? I don't see any harm in doing so.
