Re-selecting Send Immediately should clear the Schedule Mailing/SMS date and time fields

      Description

      Currently, if you pick a date in Schedule Mailing or Schedule SMS the [ ] Send Immediately checkbox is un-checked (this is correct behavior). However, if you then re-check Send Immediately, the scheduled date / time fields are NOT cleared (but should be).
