right click tag from search results leaves you stranded

if you right click a record from search results and choose to tag a contact, you're directed to the contact's tag list which was intended to be embedded within the records tag tab. on it's own, the page feels like you've been stranded. we should just direct the person to the contact record and select the tag tab.

side issue, but I believe we should also be attaching the qfKey to the email action.
