Create appropriate sample accounting integration data

Currently no records are created in financial_items, financial_trxn, entity_financial_trxn, entity_financial_items tables for sample contributions and ticket purchases. We need to address that. We also need to improve the default values for financial_type and financial_account records to support existing contribution types and new functionality appropriately.
