Clarifications for Manage Extensions list

            Description

            The Status and Enabled columns in the Manage Extensions screen are redundant and confusing. We should remove the Enabled column and use the following values in the Status column:

            • Available (download)
            • Available (local only)
            • Installed
            • Disabled
