Default userFrameworkResourceURL is set incorrectly for Joomla and WordPress when sample data is loaded

The script which builds civicrm_generated.mysql (regen.sh.txt) needs to clear the value saved in civicrm_setting userFrameworkResourceURL row after GenerateData.php runs (since it is set to a default value appropriate for a Drupal site).

NOTE: Developers who use regen.sh to rebuild civicrm_generated.mysql will need to update their local copy of this shell script
