Better description for introducing depude rules

In the mergig and edupe chapter, where it says:
"CiviCRM is equipped with duplicate matching rules that are applied automatically when new contacts are created, and can be run manually at any time to search for duplicates. You can configure these rules to suit your needs."

It should say something like: "...rules that are applied automatically when new contacts are created, or when a user interacts with civi on the front-end of your site e.g. signing up for an event or making a contribution"
