Cannot edit price field description

The 'description' field when editing price fields does not display the contents of the description and appears to user to not save description.

Reproducible on demo - steps:

1. Create price set
2. Create price field
3. Enter description in description field for price set
4. Save price field.
5. Edit saved price field, description does not appear.
