Add link to CiviMail Header/Footer messages from Message Templates admin page

Add a link to CiviMail Automated Messages in the help text for Message Templates to help users who are having trouble finding them.

I was looking to edit the subscription confirmation request message to take out the option to reply to the email. I was expecting to find it in Mailings > Message templates > System workflow messages. I was surprised to find them in with CiviMail headers and footers.

Also - the reason I was looking to take out the option to confirm a subscription via email reply is because that wasn't working with our server setup. Apparently this is quite common? Maybe it shouldn't be in there as standard?
