Allow additional options for custom groups besides tab and inline

Currently, when creating a custom group it must be assigned as tab or "inline" (displayed on the main contact page). Each group as a whole can also be assigned to be initially collapsed or not collapsed.

It would be very helpful in terms of UI to be able to either (or both) display multiple custom groups on the same tab and set them either to collapsed or uncollapsed OR to be able to set individual fields or groups of fields in a tab as collapsed or not collapsed.
Otherwise, to avoid a too busy contact page with too much scrolling or a big group tab with too many irrelevant field displayed you have to create many tabs which actually scroll off the screen.
