Event Info page needs to suppress price field label for events using 'quick config' price sets and event registration page should use event fee label

When event fees are configured using the "simple fee table" under Configure Event -> Fees tab, a price field is created with the same label as the Event Fee label in the event record. Currently, both are shown on the Event Info page. The user only has control over the Event Fee label - so we should suppress the price field label.

On the event registration form - the fee block is using the price field label for quick config price sets. This is wrong since the user can't see or change that value (quick config price sets are hidden). Change this to use the event.fee_label.
