Country field data is not displayed in contact record or CMS user profiles

      Description

      [CiviCRM v1.4 rev5367M running in CivicSpace 0.8.5 - all contacts have CMS users]

      a) Create custom data field based on country
      b) Add that field to a CiviCRM profile
      c) Expose that CiviCRM profile to the CMS user pages as a public listing
      d) CMS user edits profile, selects country
      e) Country data (ie. United Kingdom, Samoa etc etc) is not displayed in that CMS user's profile, or in their related CiviCRM contact record

      Bug recreated in the pHp5/Drupal CiviCRM sandbox.
