Display membership and participant custom fields in views

If you have a view of contacts, you can't display or filter by custom fields that are on a contact's membership or participant records, even as you can filter by or display the basic membership information (status, join date, etc.). Oddly enough, it was included on views of users, so this just mimics that and adds a join to the civicrm_contact table where appropriate.
