Contribution page with recurring, price set, authorize.net mistakenly runs charges as 'test'

Create a contribution page with price set, no membership options, use authorize.net, allow recurring contributions.

Use the live contribution page to make a non-recurring contribution.

CiviCRM treats the transaction as a live contribution but runs it through authorize.net as a test contribution. It comes back with a transaction ID similar to test0000001
