Email Templates not Working - IDS Conflict

      Description

      I have been unable to get email templates to work with the last several updates. The templates seem to save well enough. When selecting a message template from any screen the Subject fills in, but not the content. I finally spent a couple of hours trying to track down the error. It seems to be resulting from a phpids error when I attempt to save the template:
