civicrm hook is not called on civicrm profile in wordpress

            Description

            Civicrm hook working on admin profile create mode
            www.example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/profile/create&gid=13&reset=1&snippet=2

            But the same Hook is not called on following URL which is used to create and edit profile of user for all wordpress role with snippet in URL.(I am using 'civicrm_buildForm' hook.)
            www.example.com/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/profile/edit&gid=13&reset=1&snippet=2
