More realistic sample data

Improvements Made:
First name, prefix and suffix based on age and gender
Last name based on spouse/household
More combinations of individual and organization names
Organization names based on their location
More realistic email addresses
Add employees to organizations, with shared addresses and work emails
Add websites
Add a few past relationships
Added probability logic to set a number of variables more realistically (is_deceased, do_not_phone, etc)
Vary the number of addresses, phones, emails per contact.

The GenerageData.php script is also now smaller and better documented
