Global crmasmSelect causes trouble

            Description

            A nasty little bit of js has wormed its way into a half-dozen of our templates which calls crmasmSelect() on every multiselect on the page instead of targeting a particular set of elements. This causes problems on any page that has multiselects (either in civicrm or the cms).
