Contact Dashboard Personal Campaign Pages section repeats Campaign rows for each existing PCP

            Description

            The Personal Campaign Pages section of the Contact Dashboard shows a list of existing online contribution pages that a user CAN create their own PCP for. There should be only one row for each contribution page. Currently the query is returning a row for each PCP on each contribution page.
