            Description

            As per the suggestion here (http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,26380.msg111744.html#msg111744), I have created a new job that will disable all expired relationships. See attached patch.

            This patch does not attempt to add the job to the UI job listing held in civicrm_job, but I can do this if desired.
