email address of event registrant not displayed on 'Thank-you' page

            Description

            On a Wordpress installation (version 3.4.2) when registering for an event, the final 'Thank-you' screen should state: "An email with event details has been sent to X.", where X is the participant. However what is displayed is simply "An email with event details has been sent to ." The test-drive mode works as expected. This is the case on my local vanilla install and on the demo site as at 28 November 2012.
