            Description

            Clicking on Contributions > Financial Transaction Batches > Create New Batch correctly causes browser url to go to civicrm/financial/batch?reset=1&action=add but this is not invoking the manual batch functionality. Instead the homepage is shown. The functionality should be something along the lines of invoking CRM/Financial/Form/FinancialBatch.php.
