Simplify Manage Events, Fees tab for Financial Type

      Description

      In 4.2, 'quick config price set' (where the Fees tab on the Manage Event UI is used to configure the fees), there are fields to the right of each fee level allowing one to select the financial Type for each one. This is not required for this interface which should be as simple as possible. Please remove the Financial Type column from the fees grid and revert to the UI in 4.2 where there was a single Financial Type field higher up the page (i.e. the Contribution Type dropdown). That financial type form widget is used to determine the financial type for all of the price set fields.

      Also remove the Financial Type column from the Discounted Fees grid (see screenshot). And verify that the code uses the event-level Financial Type for both regular and discounted registrations.
