Edit contribution with a partial payment - payments listing is showing the wrong payment amount and is missing data

Create new offline contribution and record smaller initial amount.
When you edit the contribution, the Payment(s) listing has bad and missing values:

Paid by and Payment Status are missing (same as CRM-11362).
Amount shows total amount "owed" rather than amount actually paid

1. Put 100.00 in Amount for new contribution
2. Check 'record smaller ...' and enter 25.00
3. Save
4. Edit this contribution - Payment(s) selector will show Amount = 100, should be 25
