Contributions with partial payments are being assigned Pending (Incomplete Transaction) status.

            Description

            Pending (Incomplete Transaction) status is not appropriate for contributions which are partially paid. We need to figure out an appropriate contribution status and implement it.

            (Could use the existing "In Progress" status, but I think "Partially Paid" might be more understandable. Open to other suggestions.)
