Create membership type: implement auto-complete for Owner Organization lookup and cleanup code

Saving a new membership type doesn't create one. Clicking the Search button after entering a string in Membership Organization returns user directly to list of membership types. This is a regression bug (works fine in 4.2).

Might be worth looking at effort to replace the 'Search' field + button with a simple autocomplete on Organization contact records - much cleaner IMO.
