interview respondents only populates Contact fields from survey, not Individual, Organization, etc. fields

When you interview respondents for a CiviCampaign Survey, all fields from your chosen profile are displayed. Fields of the type Contact are pre-populated with their values, all other fields are left blank (so you can fill them in with the info you collect).

This approach makes sense - but becuase it only checks for Contact type, it does not pre-populate custom fields of type Individual, Organization, etc.
