"Other Amount" option not being translated on contribution pages

The "Other Amount" option (and other 'none' options) that appears as a radio button in the contribution amount field on CiviContribute pages was not being translated. This only affects the radio button label text and not the label for the corresponding text field.

The attached patch fixes the issue.
